EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY.
Once an order is placed, we begin a rigorous process to ensure that the product arrives as quickly as possible to our customers. Therefore, cancellations are only possible if they are made BEFORE the product is shipped. After that, cancellation can only be made once the product has been returned and arrived at our office located in Sydney, NSW, Australia.
Sugarpop is pleased to resolve any conflict in a way that satisfies our customers. For cancellations due to regret of purchase, a period of 7 consecutive days after receiving the product is given, and the product must be returned in PERFECT CONDITION to our office in Sydney, NSW, Australia.
For defective products, the period is 30 consecutive days. In both cases of exchange or cancellation, the product will be evaluated to verify the defect. If confirmed, the exchange or cancellation will be approved. If refused, the product will be returned to the customer.
Refunds for payments made by credit card will be deposited as a credit on the card, within the period stipulated by the card issuer after receiving the product at our office.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
